The analyses, briefs, and insights provided by this Service are for research and strategic planning purposes only. They should NOT be used as a substitute for professional legal, financial, investment, or medical advice. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for decisions that could affect your business, health, safety, or well-being.
Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed for AI-powered features including LLM tokens and web search queries. Costs are calculated from real provider costs plus a markup (LLM tokens: 400%; web searches: 300%).
Subscription Plans:
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchased credits do not expire. Credit packs are also available for top-up at any time.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Account page or by emailing contact@forsight-ai.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, email us at contact@forsight-ai.com with your transaction ID, date of purchase, and reason. We review requests within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Subscription refunds: Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once charged. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Accidental renewals may be considered for refund if reported within 7 days.
Chargebacks should not be used as a substitute for refund requests. Please contact us first.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use, and ensuring the accuracy of workspace data you input.
The Service and its original content are owned by Nexis Dev, LLC and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Generated briefs and concepts are for your workspace's internal use. You may not resell or redistribute outputs without written permission.
You may not use the Service to violate laws, harass others, transmit malicious code, gain unauthorized access, use automated systems (bots, scrapers), or impersonate any person or entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent payment activity, or conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users. Unused credits may be forfeited on termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexis Dev, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
